The Public Agreement for International Travel Insurance

This Public Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions between International Travel Insurance (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”) and our customers (referred to as “you” or “your”) regarding the use of our travel insurance services.

By accessing and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. It is important to carefully review the Agreement before purchasing our travel insurance products.

1. Coverage and Benefits:
   • We provide comprehensive coverage for various travel-related risks and unforeseen events, including but not limited to medical emergencies, trip cancellation or interruption, baggage loss or delay, and emergency medical evacuation.
   • The specific coverage details, benefits, and exclusions will be outlined in your policy documents.
2. Policy Purchase and Validity:
   • You can purchase our travel insurance policy through our website or authorized agents.
   • The policy is valid for the duration specified in your policy documents, starting from the effective date of coverage.
3. Policy Terms and Conditions:
   • You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when purchasing the policy.
   • Any changes to your travel plans or personal information must be promptly communicated to us.
   • The policy terms and conditions, including coverage limits and exclusions, must be followed for any claims to be considered valid.
4. Claims Process:

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

By accepting this Public Agreement, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the terms and conditions governing your travel insurance policy with International Travel Insurance.
